If for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with the products you have received or wish to exchange or return them, we would like to make this process as easy as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of your goods. If 14 days have elapsed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only exchange items like for like if they are defective or damaged.
If you have received your order in a damaged condition, please retain the product and packaging and contact us immediately so we can replace the damaged items free of charge.
We will gladly refund you fully for the cost of the items & delivery charges if applied. We will even pay for the return postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our part.
If you would like to return any items, please complete email us, clearly stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange and enclose it with your item. Ensure that the returned products are secure in the packaging used. We would recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased by someone and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
